Ecology is now accepting informal feedback on the current 2021 Sand and Gravel Plant National Pollution Discharge Elimination System and State Waste Discharge General Permit. Please note that this form is for the purpose of submitting informal feedback to the Washington State Department of Ecology. Ecology will consider the feedback when developing the draft permit. We will not provide a formal response to this feedback. When the draft permit is released – anticipated in the Spring 2025 – there will be an opportunity for formal public comments on the 2026 draft permit online, by mail, and in-person.
